Why I Love Singlehood] is not a regular chick flick with one male hero and one female lead character, it has couples, singles, friends and family - all going through different stages of their life. However the main character is strongly convinced that she loves singlehood and tries to explain why through her coffee shop life, relationships, writing and dating disasters. By the end of the book I realized that she is absolutely right about "finding and committing to the love of your life"- not as in the lover of your life but a person learning to love themselves and their own life, with or without that special person by their side.
